Because we carefully source our pumpkins and account for Arizona's climate, most displays remain beautiful throughout the season. We select varieties known for their durability and recommend placement that minimizes sustained direct sun exposure.
Extended heat, unexpected rain, or unusual humidity can affect longevity, which is why we offer refresh services to keep your display looking its best throughout the season.

We bring the autumn, though Phoenix doesn't always make it easy.
Heat & Sun: Arizona's October sun can be intense. We take sun exposure into careful consideration when designing and placing your installation, selecting shaded or partially shaded locations wherever possible to extend the life of your display.
Rain: While rare in the Phoenix metro, rain does occasionally arrive during autumn. Real heirloom pumpkins are naturally resilient and can handle light rainfall without issue. Prolonged or heavy moisture can accelerate aging. Our refresh service is designed to address exactly that.

Neighborhood Collection: Includes a professionally designed and installed display featuring a curated selection of heirloom pumpkins and gourds. Seasonal refresh and end-of-season removal are available as optional add-on services.
Signature Collections (Classic, Signature & Reserve): Includes a design consultation, fully custom installation, seasonal refresh, and end-of-season removal. Everything is handled from start to finish.
Commercial Installations: Inclusions vary based on the scale and scope of your property. Your consultation will outline everything specific to your installation.
A refresh is a mid-season visit where our team returns to assess your display, remove any aging elements, and replace them as needed to keep your entrance looking beautiful throughout the full season. Think of it as a touch-up that extends the life and beauty of your installation.
Refresh visits are included with all Signature Collections and available as an optional add-on for Neighborhood Collection clients.
It happens occasionally, and we want to make sure every client feels taken care of. Here is how we handle it across our collections:
Neighborhood Collection: As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we will replace up to two pumpkins that deteriorate within the normal display period at no additional charge.
Signature and Commercial Collections: Any deterioration concerns are addressed through your included refresh visit. If something requires attention outside of a scheduled refresh, reach out and we will assess the situation.
For any display, if you notice an issue we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of installation so we can make it right. The sooner we know, the sooner we can take care of it.
For Signature and Commercial clients, we return at the end of the season to remove your display completely. No effort required on your part. Our team will clean up the installation area and leave your entrance exactly as we found it.
For Neighborhood Collection clients, end-of-season removal is available as an optional add-on service.
Absolutely. Some clients love the idea of keeping their pumpkins for composting, personal use, or simply because they're beautiful. Just let us know your preference and we'll coordinate accordingly. For clients who prefer removal, we're happy to donate or compost pumpkins responsibly on your behalf.
The earlier the better. Installation dates fill quickly as autumn approaches, and our most popular dates, particularly in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Arcadia, fill first. We recommend reserving well in advance to secure your preferred window. Join our waitlist to be notified the moment Fall 2026 booking opens.

Before your installation, we ask that the installation area be clear of furniture, packages, toys, hoses, and other movable items. This allows our design team to complete your installation safely and efficiently, and ensures the best possible result for your display.
If there are any delicate surfaces, irrigation systems, HOA considerations, or special access instructions, we'll coordinate those details with you before your installation date. We want the day to feel effortless from start to finish.
